Who We Are
Volumes & Vices, LLC is a small, independent mobile bookstore based out of Durham, North Carolina. We specialize in curated escapes through books and community.
Orders & Payment
We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards and other methods as offered at checkout. Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
We ship within the U.S. only at this time. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please double-check your shipping address — we’re not able to re-ship packages that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Availability
Inventory on our site is updated regularly, but sometimes an item sells out before we can update the listing. If something you’ve ordered is no longer available, we’ll let you know promptly and issue a full refund for the missing item.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. (See our full Return Policy below.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — either with a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Please double-check your order before placing it.
That said, if something went wrong — an order arrived damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item— we’re here to help. Just reach out to us at volumesandvices@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out.
